Experience

I bring together extensive senior leadership experience in the private sector with over 4,500 hours of senior-level executive coaching.

Before moving into executive coaching, I worked in fast-paced commercial environments with responsibility for leading large teams across multiple disciplines, managing multimillion-pound budgets and building the operational strategies needed to drive growth.

My experience means that I understand senior-level coaching has to engage with the realities of leadership – pressure, ambiguity, visibility, politics, responsibility and consequence.

I understand the weight that can sit behind senior roles and the complexity leaders are often carrying, even when they appear composed from the outside.

I am also a Managing Partner at Zenith Leadership, a leadership development consultancy working with senior leaders and organisations.

My approach

My approach is warm but direct, calm, thoughtful and commercially grounded.

I create a space where senior leaders can think clearly, speak candidly and be meaningfully challenged. That may mean testing assumptions, sharpening judgement, identifying patterns, strengthening influence or getting clearer about what a situation really requires.

I am not interested in coaching that feels vague, overcomplicated or detached from the realities of leadership. The work needs to be practical, relevant and capable of helping people make sense of what they are facing and move forward with greater clarity and intent.

My coaching is always shaped around the individual, their role and the context they are operating in. Some clients come with a specific challenge or transition in front of them.

Others want a high-quality thinking partnership to support them more broadly over time.

I often draw on tools such as Enneagram personality profiling to deepen self-awareness, help leaders understand how they operate under pressure and support more deliberate choices in how they lead and relate to others.
