I work with C-suite leaders, senior leadership teams, SLT-1 executives and high-potential leaders preparing for significant progression, all operating in complex organisational environments.
I bring together 20 years of senior management and director-level experience in the private sector with over 4,500 hours of senior-level executive coaching. My corporate background includes leading large teams across multiple disciplines, managing multimillion-pound budgets and creating operational strategies to support commercial growth.
I provide a calm, focused space for strategic thinking and honest, insightful challenge. My approach is warm but direct, commercially grounded and focused on meaningful progress.
