Experience & Approach
I’m a former Operations Director with 20 years of senior management and director level experience in the private sector and 2,000+ hours of Executive Coaching experience. I’ve been coaching for ten years, supporting professional individuals from new managers through to C-Suite Directors in all aspects of their working lives.
My corporate experience is in a fast-paced, high-pressure industry, managing large teams across multiple disciplines with multimillion pound budgets, as well as creating and executing operational strategies for commercial growth.
